Important Memo Re Paris Air Show 15 – 18 June 2015.

For Leisure Groups and Series Tour our advice is PLEASE AVOID PARIS DURING THESE DATES. PLEASE REROUTE YOUR AIRLINE HUB AND ITINERARY to stay away from Paris 15-18 June 2015.

When booking your flights – please plan carefully. You can maybe reverse itinerary to avoid 15 – 18 June in Paris. It might be also difficult just before and just after these dates. But 15-18 June is totally critical and must be avoided.

If you have an Ad Hoc group or MICE. We also strongly suggest you change dates to avoid 15 – 18 June.

We do have some allotment in MICE standard hotels for example in Sofitel la Defense or Pullman La Defense etc, and if you book now we can  cfm – but the rates are EUR 580 per room per night!!

If you have definite group travelling in these dates, please book now we can get space, but the rates will be much higher than usual.

Our standard budget in Paris is between EUR 35 – 45 pppn for 3* - 4* group hotels

If you book now – we can cfm similar standard – but the price will be EUR 120 – 140 per pax per night – VERY EXPENSIVE.

OUR STRONG ADVICE IS PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY LAST MINUTE BOOKING REQUESTS FOR PARIS DURING THESE DATES FROM YOUR CLIENTS.
